Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider (Maximum Corporation s.r.o.) and the client. By ordering services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Services are provided according to the current offer and price list published on the website or based on individual agreement.

2. Preparation for Appointment / Photoshoot

Please arrive healthy and in good condition for the scheduled appointment. In case of illness, contact me in advance.
Hair should be clean and dry, without excessive styling products.
If you suffer from allergies to cosmetics or hair products, please inform me beforehand.
For photoshoots, bring nude-colored underwear that does not interfere with the final styling.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours in advance.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may be charged.
In case of late arrival, the duration of makeup/hair styling may be shortened, or the service may not be provided in full.

4. Payment

Payment for services can be made in cash on site or by bank transfer (upon prior agreement).
For selected services, a deposit may be required; in case of late cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Liability

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, especially regarding health condition and allergies.
The provider is not responsible for possible reactions to cosmetic or hair products if the client did not notify about their sensitivity in advance.

6. Personal Data Protection

Clients’ personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the Privacy Policy available on the provider’s website.

7. Final Provisions

By ordering services, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
